The Aqare platform (Khatawat Al-Aqar) is a Saudi real estate tech platform that enables users—whether individuals or institutions—to search for and advertise properties, facilitating leasing and marketing operations through an integrated digital experience. The goal of the project was to design an e-commerce platform that displays properties in an organized manner, making it quick and efficient to access appropriate real estate services.
The Challenge
The challenge lay in providing a platform that encompasses all elements of the real estate market (properties for sale, for rent, auctions) in a way that simplifies browsing and gives the user full confidence. Information needed to be organized so the visitor wouldn't feel distracted or confused about the steps for advertising or searching.
Execution Mechanism
We designed a clear structure comprising sections such as residential properties, commercial properties, and auctions, with dedicated pages for each service. We then crafted an attractive user interface, ensured a smooth mobile experience, and ultimately launched the site in close collaboration with the client.
